Open Forum Discussion

The City of Phoenix LGBTQ Employee Alliance, in collaboration of ComPsych and the City’s Human Resources Department, is hosting an open forum for EA member to discuss recent policies. Please note that this conversation will be guided by training professional and is intended to be an open and respectful dialogue.

Areas of conversation will include:

• How the new administration’s policies might impact the protection of LGBTQ+ rights, particularly in areas such as employment, marriage, housing, and public accommodations?
• Thoughts on how the administration might address the inclusion and representation of LGBTQ+ individuals in government and public policy?
• How might changes in the new administration’s stance on LGBTQ+ rights affect the progress made toward diversity and inclusion in workplaces, schools, and other public spaces?
